One thing I LOVE about Zambia is something is always blooming and some sort of fruit is always ripe! My parents yard is full of flowers and plants. As Moses Daka (our gardener) says my mom likes a Jungle! She has lots of Fruit and veggies available in the yard. It was fun to be able to go out every day and pick the ripe strawberries, raspberries, passion fruit, avocados, guava, cilantro, limes and others. Kaden had fun going with Opa and Oma looking for all the yumminess, which come to think of it, never made it to the house. Keith and I anticipated the Avocados everyday! SO DELICIOUS!! I also enjoyed all the beautiful Flowers that bloom. Something is always blooming. Here are some pictures of the harvesting in the yard!=)
