Tasty Tuesday~ Roasted Chili Corn!

OK, So I have had a lot of requests for some of my recipes that I use a lot and So I am now adding Tasty Tuesdays to my blog.  Every Tuesday, I will post a recipe and hope that you all can make them and enjoy them too. I love trying new recipes so if you have a good one send them to me too! =) Today's recipe, I just made for the first time last night and it was fabulous! Fresh and delicious!! I got this recipe at SAMs club this last week while shopping for HOURS. every time I went around a corner and there was a TV this guy was making this corn. It looked really good and when Kaden suggested we make it at home I frantically looked for a place to write it down. Then through out the store, Kaden would pipe up..." Mom there's that corn again!" So by the end of our shopping trip all I needed was the fresh corn on the cob. Keith being brilliant and not even knowing I had got this recipe, showed up with his cart and a bag full of sweet corn on the cob! Yes, I guess my hubby and I can read minds...... Yeah right. But it was cool, and now that we got home and made this corn, we are kind of wishing we bought a WHOLE LOT MORE! And I wish Corn would grow in our garden! Try it is is delicious and very light and fresh!

~Chili Corn~
-Get your grill going.
-Shuck you corn, I did 6 corn on the cobs and the butter was JUST enough so if you do more you will need to use more butter.
-Melt about half  a stick of butter and add in 1TBSP chilli powder
-Brush on the chilli butter on to Cob and sprinkle with Kosher salt and place on the grill.
-Roast each side of the corn. When done take off the grill. Cut off the Cob into a bowl
Add:
 -half an onion diced
 -one diced red bell pepper
 -juice of one lime
-fresh cilantro
-Cayenne pepper (Optional but I would add a little to give a little more spice)

Mix well and enjoy. It really is delicious!
