Saturday was planned for a day of fun but since we got busy shopping for our frozen stuff and fresh stuff we didn't get to travel to where we really wanted to go but we decided to take a drive anyways. Keith and I, always love exploring new places and seeing new sites. Living in Galena does not afford us the chance to take road trips. The longest road trip we can do is to drive out to the dump, so when we have the chance to drive we do. After visiting the Knotty shop we kept driving towards Delta Junction. It was a very scenic drive with beautiful mountains, rivers and lakes!
Most camping parks and places were packed FULL of people since it was the 4th of July weekend, but we stopped at this one lake and got out and just enjoyed the view and the day. I don't know what lake it is but it was pretty!
At the lake we stopped at there was a log cabin that was BEAUTIFUL!!
