So I said I was going to post this recipe, but this week has been A LONG one. And it is only Thursday! But today I am finally well enough to sit at the computer and write. This pie is DELICIOUS!!! It worked great with frozen strawberries and I bet it would be BETTER with fresh strawberries. Try it, it is yummy!
Strawberry Pie
1 cup sugar
3 TBSP Strawberry jello powder
3 TBSP corn starch
1 cup water
1 pint Strawberries
1 baked pie crust
In a sauce pan, Mix sugar, Jello powder, and corn starch. Mix well. Add water and turn on heat to medium. Cook till thickened. Set aside and cool. When cool cut strawberries(I also added blueberries) to Pie crust. Pour gelatin mixture over fruit. Put in Refridgerator and chill for a few hours before serving.
