On the list...

Don't forget the toothbrushes, clothes, and many other things. We are in full pack mode for the boys and my trip to Texas. We leave in 2 days! Thursday. Of course getting out of Alaska and to Texas will take till Sunday. But we are really excited! Keith is headed to Cold Bay Alaska to do a work detail for the month that we are gone, but knowing him, he will wait till the day we leave to start packing! I am one to get it done early and relax without stress of wondering if I forgot something. So the boys and I have been packing and cleaning house this week. While we pack we keep adding to our list of things to do in Texas. Fun things! Yummy things! Here are a few things we are anticipating on our trip to Texas:
-Mexican Food(AS MUCH AS I CAN GET!!)
-long showers
-warm weather(75 is looking great to our -40 degrees today)
-time with family
-Shipley's Doughnuts(I have orders to send a box to Keith in Coldbay)
-Fresh Fruit
-Buc-ees (If you don't live in Texas you won't know what these are and you don't know what you are missing!)
-Visit the Aquarium
-Icees (kaden loves the coke flavor)
-Warm weather
-Time with family
-Long showers
-Bluebell Ice Cream
-time with friends
-Going to the Zoo(Kaden REALLY wants to do this)
-Go to the Beach
-Tamales
-Warm weather
-time with Family
-Kolachies
-Texas Bar-B-Que
-More Mexican food
-Driving on paved roads that go places
-Target (just to walk in and smell the popcorn and look around)
-Did I mention Long showers -Warm weather-Time with Family?

I am not to excited about the 3 days it will take to travel there but we are excited that our overnight layover  in Seattle will be enough time to run into some of my RVA friends. It will be fun! I hope to blog about our many adventures as we take them, but if I don't then I will when we get back. It will be fun no matter what. Can't wait.....2 days and counting!
