Jamboree 2012

This last weekend was a busy weekend of music, dancing and fun! It is one of my favorite events that go on during the year. It is a much needed party after a very stressful month of harvesting and hunting! It was a very enjoyable time and I didn't mind giving up some dances with my hubby when he asked some of the elder ladies to dance. It made their day and made me so proud. What a sweet guy!

Dancing with Ms. Margret
Dancing with our sweet sweet neighbor Ms. Virginia
Keith must have picked the longest song because she said she had never danced that long.
Some of the songs were good some NOT so good as you can see by Isaiah's reaction

Isaiah dancing with my fellow African Ms. Isabella
Cool things for kids to do. Kaden got a dragon painted on his face
"If you want to play in Texas(or Alaska) you got to have a fiddle in the band."
Bill getting crazy with the drums!=) Or at least as crazy as the band would let him!
On Sunday morning, there was a community church service at the gym.
Our guest speaker Bill Pagaran~ Great speaker, great drummer and a great man with a great message
