September has been extremely busy and so I am just now posting the things that happened in September. Yes I know it is already October but I feel like this September was a battle to keep up with the things going on. This month was one of those months that I feel like a soccer mom... all I need is a mini van. Between Keith hunting, school, swim lessons, moose meat cutting, harvesting vegatables, canning and freezing veggies, and preparing for winter, the month flew by without me. I think after we counted it, Keith realized he had slept in a real bed at home only 6 nights out of the whole month.
Keith spent the first part of September at the Check Station. This is a camp that is on the Nowitna river that checks hunters and moose hunted. He spent 2 weeks out there. Here are some pictures of what he got to do during his stay at the check station.
