So I am a little behind on Spring events, but we have had a wonderful
first spring here in Maine! Keith's Mom and Dad got to visit us from
Puerto Rico and they loved Maine. It gave them a quick snow, which
Abuela(Keith's Mom) went crazy for, and then it warmed up to sweater
weather, which Abu(Keith's Dad) enjoyed. We explored both the Canadian
side and the USA side. Like most people that come to visit Maine, the
rocky coast with the deep blue water impressed them. We even got to show
them a moose, a little closer then I ever want to again, as it decided
to cross the road in the dark, right in front of our van. They
are very, very big and we might have had a BIG dent in our van IF I would
not have noticed the shiny eyes right before I slammed my breaks.
Thankfully, that moose will live to cross the road another day and my
family got to see it, while I caught my breath. We got to celebrate
Luke's 1st birthday and Abuela's BIG "?" birthday while she was here.
The boys really had a great time with them here and Luke now waves and
yells "Hola" (hello in Spanish) to everyone.
Keith's
Aunt and Uncle from Connecticut drove up for the last weekend that his
parents were here and that was fun to show them our corner of Maine as
well. Here are some pictures of all of their visit to Maine.

Because we got to the island at the perfect time, we got to cross over the land bridge at low tide and see this light house. It was so pretty!
We drove to Acadia National Park and explored around there. This beach may be in Maine but it looked more like we should be in Puerto Rico. Look at that water!

Keith and I got to go on a date while his parents watched the kids. We don't go on many dates but this one was fantastic! Dinner and Beauty & the Beast! When we got home the boys were in bed and this little guy was "too comfy to move".
We went back to Quoddyhead with Keith's Aunt and Uncle and had a picnic on this picture perfect day!
