I am a summer behind blogging because it was such a full summer that I just didn't have time to write about our adventures. I will try to catch up on our happenings. Late Spring we had the Salamander walk out at the refuge and it was a great success! 100 people came to go hike to vernal pools in search of Salamanders. We found a whole slough of them! It was fantastic! But what is not fantastic about wearing rubber boots and wading through pools looking for these cute little critters! So COOL!
