I am so thankful for being able to live in such a great country! I am thankful for the freedoms we have. I am thankful for the men and women who died to give me those freedoms! July fourth was a great day of celebration in Galena. The whole community comes together to enjoy lunch, races, and good times. Hot dogs, Hamburgers chips and Jello, How much more American can you get?=) It was a wonderful lunch, and we had a fun time watching and participating in races. Kaden got to be in the races for his age group and had a wonderful time. The weather was great and we had a fabulous time! We even had fireworks to celebrate though you can't see them with 24 hours of daylight., but the smoke and the bangs were pretty fun to watch and listen too. hahaha We hope your Day of Independence was great and that you too can enjoy the freedoms we all were given.
